Join us for an inspiring online workshop featuring Anna and Andrew Carley, a dynamic duo from Grand Rapids, Michigan, who are dedicated to making their city a stronger town. As leaders of the Local Conversation group Strong Towns Grand Rapids, they have spearheaded initiatives like letter writing campaigns, practicing city council testimony and advocating for more flexible housing policies. Their efforts have also united other Local Conversations across Michigan to collaborate on Strong Towns initiatives.
Hosted by Norm Van Eeden Petersman, director of Movement Building at Strong Towns, this workshop offers live discussions and the opportunity for attendees to engage and have their questions answered. Meet the unsung heroes of the Strong Towns movement and be inspired to make a difference in your own community!
This session is part of our 2025 Spring Local-Motive Tour, which includes 6 action-oriented, short-form workshops featuring inspiring leaders in the Strong Towns movement.
