Purchasing Tickets

• What happens if I purchase a Round Trip ticket after one or more of the live sessions are completed?
• Any sessions that have already occurred will be available as recordings one week after the session date. You will receive emails from Zoom with links to the upcoming sessions.

• How will I receive the Zoom link to each of the live sessions?
• You will receive an email from Zoom to the address you used to sign up one week before and one day before.

• I haven't received the email from Zoom. What do I do?
• First, check your spam folder. If you're unable to find the emails, please email [email protected] for further assistance.

Accessing Sessions and Materials

• When will recordings be available?
• The recordings of each session will be uploaded within one week of the session.

• Where can I find the recordings of the sessions?
• Make sure you are logged into your Strong Towns Academy account here. Then, click on "My Courses" at the top of the page. Here, you will find all Local-Motive sessions you have registered for, as well as any Strong Towns Academy courses.
