Communities that acknowledge the modern development pattern is not working for them and have leadership that’s willing to change the conversation are invited to apply to host a Community Action Lab.

The process is competitive with dozens of communities applying and only four being chosen for 2023. Norman was one of the four places chosen.

We chose Norman for this program because of our prior interactions with the community. Our president and founder, Chuck Marohn, has been invited to speak at two University events, one other event in Norman, and multiple events in Oklahoma City.

We also were impressed with the deep level of community engagement and the strong commitment Norman's leadership was prepared to make to the program.

We are excited to go on this journey with the community in Norman.
