Charles Marohn, Strong Towns president, delivered a presentation titled Building a Stronger Lake County for the Next Generation in Tavares, Florida on November 14, 2023

This is the third workshop event in a series of three for the Community Action Lab sponsored by Lake County.

In this presentation, Charles Marohn covered topics shared through the Lake County Community Action Lab. Marohn also discussed transportation focused issues such as the design process used for transportation planning, how engineers and citizens differ when prioritizing various transportation values, and bottom-up techniques for spending less while getting higher returns in transportation investments.
